In pursuit of teaching people the fundamentals of drawing, and fostering mindfulness through the meditative practice of such, Rose developed a workshop which encourages meditation through Art.

Mandalas have been created across the world through cultures including Hinduism, Buddhism, Native American traditions, Celtic cultures, Islamic art, and East Asian traditions, as well as in Psychology and Western Spirituality where Swiss psychiatrist, Dr Carl Jung, introduced the concept of the Mandala as a symbol of the self and the process of individuation.
Participants will embark on a creative exploration, guided by Rose's expertise, where they'll delve into the meditative process of mandala drawing.
The workshop is designed to foster mindfulness and self-expression, allowing participants to tap into their creative energy while learning about the cultural diversity that mandalas represent.
